If you go into the woods near East Meon this weekend you’re in for a magical surprise.
Another world awaits people who take to the Dragon and Fairy Trail around the Bereleigh Estate this Easter.
The popular event returns this Bank Holiday weekend and will be open to the public for a fortnight from Good Friday.
The trail starts in the grounds of the imposing house with some obvious signs of its mystical friends.
But you’ll have to keep your wits as it snakes through the woodland, with sly and sometimes mischievous creatures hiding in the glades and undergrowth.
Unicorns, dancing fairies, fiery dragons and even the odd boggart have been spotted, and are waiting to be discovered by intrepid wanderers.
Entry is £11 for adults and £7 for children with family tickets also available. The trail will be open daily from 10am with last entry at 3pm, for more details visit www.fairy-trails.co.uk/trails
