TEN staff from Petersfield customer review company Feefo spent a day volunteering at Butser Ancient Farm.

The farm is an experimental archaeological site with homes from the Saxon, Roman, Iron and Stone Age eras.

The Feefo team helped with thatching, wood sorting and rounding up sheep.

Volunteer Nathan said: “It’s been such an amazing day. There is so much to see and learn about and everyone has been wonderful. I will definitely be coming back again.” 

Gwen Woodruffe from Butser Ancient Farm said: “Having volunteers from our local area is a key objective to our overall philosophy.

“We love having visitors on site and what they have achieved at the end of the day for us is fantastic.”
