Tickets are on sale for CarFest, the brainchild of radio presenter Chris Evans, which returns to Laverstoke Park Farm from August 26 to 28 next year.

This will be the 11th year of CarFest, which plans to take visitors on an incredible journey through seven magical festivals within one big festival.

Cars at CarFest will honour hero drivers, brands and cars from the past, present and future.

StarFest is where visitors can meet the stars, walk the red carpet and even experience what it’s like to be in the director’s chair during this television, film, book and comedy festival.

WellFest will help visitors on their journey towards a healthy mind, body and spirit, and the Well-being Marketplace gives them a chance to buy fitness products, healthy food, books and other essentials.

The Great British Food Fest will celebrate British food through regional produce, celebrity chefs and the country’s favourite delicacies.

RetroFest is a step back in time to discover the world of the past, with cars, music, fashion and toys from the good old days.

KidsFest will have a Children in Need stage – featuring Pudsey, Blush and a host of CBBC and CBeebies presenters, characters and shows – arts and crafts workshops, giant games, toys, inflatables and a silent disco.

AdventureFest is a globe-trotting adventure across the continents to discover the great outdoors.

And every evening the main arena will feature top performances from some of the greatest hitmakers.

Previous main stage artists at CarFest South have included The Human League, Texas, Rick Astley and Ronan Keating, and the organisers are keen to assure visitors that CarFest 2022’s line-up of legends and new acts will not disappoint.

Laverstoke Park Farm is the home of 1979 Formula 1 world champion Jody Scheckter, so it is a perfect place for a festival full of cars. But is also has “a mission to bring the true spirit of family to life”.

Created in 2012 to raise funds for UK children’s charities, it has generated £19million for national causes such as Children in Need and Comic Relief, plus local charities and hospices. For tickets and details of main stage acts, see www.carfest.org
