For 20 years before Covid, In Ministry to Children (IMC) held its annual Funday event in Rams Walk.
After a three-year break, last Saturday saw the fundraisers back for the charity, which has saved the lives of thousands of children as well as supporting children in their families.
Joan and Terry Thraves visited Bogota more than 20 years ago and helped to rescue children from the streets.
When they returned they set up IMC to help fund food programmes, enabled children to go to school and built two farms to save seriously-abused children.
Virtually every penny collected goes to the amazing Colombian team who work tirelessly to rescue as many as they can.
The event raised £850 through the regular mile of pennies, tombola, plant and cake sale.
There was a lucky dip and face painting on offer for the children.
A bonus was the glorious sunny day meant Rams Walk was full of shoppers!
