STEEP Primary School’s Christmas Fair on December 3 was a big success, say organisers.
Headteacher Lou Romans said: “There was a fantastic atmosphere and beautiful singing by the choir. There were lots of stalls, and some incredible crafts were selling like hot cakes. Father Christmas visited us, and we also had tea, cakes and hot dogs.
“The friends of the school did an amazing job organising it. The takings are being calculated, but we think we’ve raised over £2,000, which will go towards redeveloping our outdoor space.”
