Students and staff at Bohunt School in Liphook are celebrating another fantastic set of GCSE results.
Overall, 90 per cent achieved a grade 4 pass or better in English and in maths, with a 4 being the pass grade – well above the national average of 65 per cent in 2019.
Bohunt headteacher Neil Strowger said: “Our young people have responded admirably to a highly unusual and challenging situation, showing resilience, strength and ongoing commitment throughout.
“They thoroughly deserve their results, which will set them up well for the next stage of their education.”
Head of school Neil Pittaway said: “We are incredibly proud of our students and delighted to celebrate their achievements and the hard work they have put in, not just through their GCSE courses, but during their entire time with us.
“We look forward to welcoming many back to continue their studies at Bohunt sixth form, which achieved record results with an incredible 50 per cent of A-level entries at A* to A.”
