Hampshire’s largest jazz and blues festival has confirmed the formation and appearance of a jazz super group for this year’s festival.
The group features top guitarists Nicolas Meier, Pete Roth, bassist Stefan Redtenbacher, and drummer Demi Garcia Sabat performing for the first time ever as a jazz quartet at this year’s Petersfield Jazz & Blues Festival.
The new supergroup is set to thrill jazz fans across the world and features guitarist, Nicolas Meier, a mainstay in The Jeff Beck Group; Pete Roth, accomplished session guitarist having played with Genesis’ drummer; Stefan Redtenbacher of jazz legends, Funkestra his session credits read like the line-up for an eclectic, yet star-studded, festival: Steve Winwood, Sam Moore, Beverly Knight, Natalie Imbruglia, Imelda May, Joss Stone, Lulu, Mica Paris, Herb Alpert and Amy Winehouse.
Everything is all set for Saturday, June 14 and the timings are now confirmed for 10 hours of musical heaven for jazz and blues fans alike.

Colin Clark, the chief organiser and driving force behind the festival, said: “The stars have aligned to form a stellar spectacle. The Festival will take place in the grounds of Churcher’s College, Ramshill, Petersfield, with two marquees, food and drink as well as ample parking for ticketholders.
