A Petersfield based learning disabilities and autism charity is once again calling on people to test their bravery.

FitzRoy’s firewalk challenge has been rescheduled for Saturday, April 5, after the event had to be cancelled last year due to Storm Darragh.

Starting at 6pm at Petersfield town square, people will attempt to be trailblazers as they walk barefoot across 15 feet of burning wood embers.

Money raised from the event will go towards FitzRoy, with a fundraising target of £125 for each participant. For safety, Phoenix Firewalk will provide experienced instructors to guide the brave souls through the challenge and ensure the embers are the right temperature.

The registration fee is £25 per person and can be done on the charity’s website.
