A Petersfield group with a European outlook will say Willkommen to their Teutonic twins next Thursday, August 8.
Gut times will be had by all over the next week as the Petersfield Twinning Association will welcome a party from Warendorf.
The visiting party from Petersfield’s German twin town will be hosted by PTA members until next Tuesday, August 13, with an “unprecedented number” of Warendorfers travelling from the town around 30 miles north east of Dortmund.
A packed itinerary is planned with the group set to visit the market the museum over the week with a reception and farewell meal also being part of the programme.
The get-together comes three months after PTA members crossed the English Channel to meet up with counterparts in Petersfield’s French twin town of Barentin.
