CHILDREN, and parents, can enjoy pumpkin fun near Rogate in the run up to Hallowe’en during the school half term holiday.

Event organiser Sophie Davey said: “The lovely pumpkin patch is full of wonderful colours and sizes, all ready to carve into your design.

“And to add to the fun, there will be a spooky trailer, barrel rides, jungle gym, smash a pumpkin, sling a pumpkin and lots of other pumpkin fun.”

Children are invited to come dressed ready for Halloween as face-painters will be there to finish the spooky look off.

Refreshments on offer will include pumpkin soup, pie and cake.

Sophie added: “There will be lots of other delicious healthy food for all.”

The patch, about quarter a mile East of Rogate on the A272, and with a big banner advertising it, is open daily from Sunday, October 23, to Sunday, October 30, from 10am.

Entry and parking are free, and last entry is 4pm.
