IT WAS a dog’s life at Harting Primary School with pupils dressed as pooches for World Book Day.

Dennis the Menace, Tintin’s Toto and Sherlock Holmes’ hounds were some of the outfits donned for the dog-themed event last Thursday. And headteacher Fiona Mullett left some of the 101 Dalmatians fearful with her Cruella De Vil outfit. At an assembly the day before, the school was visited by a dog which supports one of the parents when she has a seizure. Several dogs were spotted at lessons too.
