Lovers of handmade motorbikes can rejoice with news that a new Norton showroom has opened in Petersfield.

Winchester Motor Group, better known as a ŠKODA representative at its Winchester and Aldershot dealerships for nearly 60 years, opened a Norton Motorcycles franchise at the same address as its Petersfield Used Car Centre on Winchester Road last Thursday.

A dedicated showroom and forecourt, along with servicing and MOT workshop ramps for all makes, has transformed the existing Petersfield location into a haven for motorcycle enthusiasts.

Norton, with a rich heritage spanning 125 years, is synonymous with iconic handmade bikes from the UK.

The move to introduce Norton Motorcycles to Petersfield is a strategic one.

Currently, the nearest Norton dealerships are located in Bristol and Crawley, making the Petersfield location significantly more convenient for motorcycle enthusiasts in the south of England.

In addition to selling new and a selection of quality used Norton motorbikes, Winchester Motor Group will provide comprehensive service and MOT for all bike models.

The showroom will also feature a rotating collection of heritage bikes, allowing enthusiasts to witness the legacy of Norton up close.

There will be an official launch for the new franchise and showroom on Wednesday, February 21 at which there will be a number of attractions including some historic Norton bikes. 

This event promises an exclusive preview of the new showroom, a showcase of Norton’s latest models and an opportunity to meet the team.
