A CHEF has promised to serve up more of the same after a family takeover of a popular Thai restaurant in Petersfield.
Lemongrass has been renamed Yum Yum as Kong Polyotha recently bought out the Dragon Street restaurant.
Two years in Petersfield left him hungry for more and it’s now a family business as his wife and three sons are on the team.
He said: “I asked if I could take over because I’m very happy here.
“The menu might change a little bit, but not a lot. The customers like the menu because it’s good and I don’t want to change that.”
Mr Polyotha has a tasty CV with stints at luxury restaurants in Thailand, the Pacific and North Yorkshire. Although his work has taken him around the world, he and his family are settled in Petersfield after moving in after the pandemic.
He said: “Petersfield is such a nice town and I don’t want to move.”
