A TRIAL date has been set for a Petersfield teenager charged with attempted murder and threatening a person with a blade or sharp pointed article on school premises.
Winchester Crown Court said today (Wednesday, May 25) that the 14-year-old is scheduled to attend a pre-trial hearing on Friday, July 8.
At an earlier hearing on May 13, the court ruled the girl, who cannot be identified because of her age, will remain in custody until her case is heard.
It is due to go ahead on Tuesday, October 4, at Winchester Crown Court, starting at 10am.
The girl was arrested on Monday, April 25, after an incident involving a 15-year-old girl in Petersfield.
