Step into a world of autumnal wonder as Rogate Pumpkin Patch celebrates its 10th anniversary!

Nestled on the Hampshire and West Sussex border, the iconic event—pioneered by Sophie and Pete Davey—returns from October 18 to November 3. Inviting families and Halloween enthusiasts to experience the magic that started it all.

Ten years ago, pumpkin farmers Sophie and Pete introduced the UK to the novel idea of pumpkin picking on their third-generation Slade Farm. They are also producers of Slade Farm Asparagus and Slade Farm Sweetcorn. Sparking a beloved yearly tradition that has grown into one of the country’s most anticipated seasonal events.

This year, visitors can expect the most enchanting patch yet, filled with whimsical attractions and spine-tingling surprises.

Where Halloween falls (the Thursday of half term) they decided to not leave three days of the holiday untouched. So, Sophie and Pete are excited to introduce the UK’s first-ever Pumpkin SMASH event, happening from November 1 to 3.

A thrilling finale that promises to be an explosive end to your autumn adventures! Visitors can enjoy all the wonders from the pumpkin.

Let the little farmers dig merrily and get messy! Digging freely is one of the best educational benefits out there. Encouraging role play, investigation, problem solving and good hand/eye co-ordination.

For those seeking more than just pumpkin picking, the immersive playhouses promise a magical journey. Featuring Merlin’s Tintagel, Wizard’s Washhouse & Miss Spell’s School, Vlad’s Gallery of Shame and more.
