STEEP Primary School Christmas fair raised more than £2,000.
School deputy headteacher and joint organiser Rosie Higson said: “It went very, very well, a really great day. Thanks to everyone who helped organise it, and who helped on the day, especially parents from the Friends of Steep School.”
Fairgoers could enjoy homemade refreshments, such as soup and hot dogs, and peruse lots of stalls – and try their luck at the ever popular tombola.
Rosie added: “Santa also visited, which the children enjoyed, pupils ran their own stalls like the craft stall, and the school choir sang as well – it was a very good day.”
