A Hampshire man who allegedly strangled, suffocated and assaulted a string of women in Petersfield and Gosport will appear in court next month.
Callum Hornby has been charged with a dozen domestic abuse offences - including assault and stalking – between August 31 last year and September 29, this year.
The 23-year-old of Hanbidge Walk, Gosport, was remanded in custody after appearing before Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Tuesday, October 1.
The charges include an assault by beating at a Petersfield address between August 31 and October 1 last year and an attempt to cause GBH with intent at Princes Road on March 9.
The offences also include intentional suffocation, strangulation and assault occasioning ABH in Grange Road, Petersfield, on February 16, and assault occasioning ABH on March 9 in The Square.
Five other offences, which include assault, criminal damage, strangulation and making threats to kill, took place at an address in Gosport between May 31 and September 11.
Mr Hornby has also been accused of stalking involving serious alarm or distress between September 25 and 29 of this year.
He is due to plea at Portsmouth Crown Court on November 4.
