Kent Chapman (25) and Charlie Loveday (14) built promising innings, but when Will Nash (52) and Johnny Howard were both run out with the score on 90 the advantage started to swing back towards Liphook.
Andrew Pickup added 23 and a useful last wicket partnership of 32 between Stuart Chapman (20 not out) and Richard Rigden (nine not out) took Grayswood to a final score of 182-9 at the end of their 43 overs.
The wickets were shared among the Liphook bowlers, with Richard Jarrett (2-55), Ross Seavill (2-30) and Richard Grimes (2-35) each taking two wickets. John Strong (1-40) also took a wicket.
Strong held the Liphook innings together with a determined 44 not out, allowing the Liphook batsmen a degree of freedom, and the visitors chased their target down in the 25th over.
Jarrett (45), Seavill (29) and Andy Grimes (31) were all in the runs as Liphook won by seven wickets to claim their fifth consecutive victory and remain at the top of the I’Anson League Division 7 table.
