FORMER Petersfield Rugby Club player Will Spencer has been named in England’s 23-man squad for Sunday’s match at Twickenham against the Barbarians (3pm).

Worcester Warriors’ lock Spencer, who is uncapped, has been named on the bench by coach Eddie Jones for Sunday’s match.

Spencer played his way up through the whole junior section at Petersfield, and then progressed into the colts section before he joined London Irish’s academy.

Spencer then moved on to Bath and had a loan spell at London Welsh before joining Worcester.
