Just two points now separate them from their sixth-placed opponents with Passfield A going down 4-0 at Sovereign A and Hindhead B losing 3-1 at home to Fleet.

It was a bad day for the Division Two and Three leaders as Liss RBL C and Comrades B respectively went down 3-1 to Bourne A and Bordon B.

Dong Ming Lau made breaks of 24 & 21 as Shottermill continued their upward trajectory in an impressive 3-1 win against Alton Cons A while Mark Chatfield made his tenth 20-plus knock of the season as Passfield A defeated Sovereign D.

Liam Irwin made an excellent 36 for Traco E in Division Three to compliment his season-high 38.
