One of the most consistent performers in seasons past, the Sovereign A stalwart started the 2024 Farnham & District Billiards & Snooker League campaign on the wrong end of a 108-2 loss to Ryan Mears as their C counterparts began the season in style.

Mears made breaks of 43, 34 and 22 while Rob Donohoe also made a sweet 37 enroute to a 3-1 victory with Liss RBL A, Liss RBL B and Fleet Broadway also enjoying identical starts to the season.

Alton Cons A remain top of Division Two after a close 2-2 draw against Rowledge B but Liss RBL C are level on points after a 4-0 win against Traco F.

Martin Wells was in good form, making a 36 for Farnham Cons B in a 2-2 draw at Lindford B while Lee Coyne knocked in a 25 for Bordon B away to Passfield A.
