An East Hampshire drinking establishment has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Royal Oak, a pub, bar or nightclub at The Royal Oak Gosport Road Lower Farringdon Alton Gu34 3dj was given the score after assessment on December 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of East Hampshire's 139 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 106 (76%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
