IN TRYING to understand the broader implications of the election for Petersfield an old sea tale has come to mind for a politics expert.
Andrew Massey, who is head of politics at Exeter University, surveyed the new political landscape for the Post after the resounding Conservative victory.
He believes the political views held by residents across the district are changing rapidly and a sharp lookout for difficult times ahead should be kept.
